diets that will let you eat just about all you want for one day of the week but the rest of the days
you can only eat 3 times a day (with moderation). Losing weight is very simple if you stick to your

Tell you that You are big boned ... they are crazy and you need to get out and
find some sane friends who will help you get thin. It's July 2003 and I decided to separate this page into different levels of "Being over weight". If you're weight by 20 pounds or less, 50 pounds or less, 100 pounds or less and over weight by 130 pounds or More (many people let them selves go even though it seems unbelievable but don't think you're doing great if you're not that bad because they we're probably just a bit over weight once too, just like you). New Section It's separated into 4 different levels 25 pounds or less - This really isn't too bad at all unless you think you may get too big if you let yourself go. You can simply go jogging once or twice a week for 5 or 10 minutes and eat a few more fruits and vegetables instead of chocolates or burgers. Between 25 to 50 pounds - At this level you are pretty unhealthy. If you're not careful, you might start getting sick (physically and emotionally) or get into accidents since you probably can't move as quickly as other. You need to change you way of life. If you eat a lot of snacks or fattening food you have to switch to eating fruits & veggies as an alternative. Instead of sodas ... you have to switch to juices and water. Instead of sitting where ever you go, you should stand or walk even if you have a car. You should read the rest of this page for more tips and advice. Between 50 to 100 pounds - At this point, you have a fairly serious weight problem even if you think you're ok. If you don't change your life style you are really likely to get a health problems. You should start by slowly moving to a diet that consists of mostly fruits & vegetables. You are probably eating a lot of meats, sodas, candies and you rarely every exercise or do a lot of moving. You have to start waking all the time and stand whenever you can even if you're at home. doing a lot of sitting or lying down is going to get you a bigger and slower body. The rest of my page has other ideas. Feel free to read it. 100 pounds or more - This is really bad but there's always hope. First I suggest to read the paragraph above and then this paragraph and then the rest of this whole page and see if you find it helpful. Okay, so at this point you are probably addicted to food or you are almost to the point in life that you barely care about your self so you have very little self control. You have to learn stick to you decisions no matter how easy it is to just postpone things in life. Then start exercising every other day and start a diet of fruits, veggies, juices and water and only eat those fattening snacks once a week but don't go over board. Please read the rest of this page. Genetics and Fat Those of you who claim that being fat is genetic or inherited should know that I had a very over weight mother (and somehow I managed to stay thin). Being over weight may be a bit genetic but if you learn a little Self control you can easily change that. After all, many people have parents who were criminals or anything else interesting but they didn't grow up to be criminals or whatever else there parents were so all of you uninformed people need to start telling people to gain self control and not just "blame genetics for all things that are wrong in life". Well, If you want to lose weight fast, you need to be more patient. I'm guessing that the most weight people can lose per week (and stay healthy) is 7 pounds a week and that would be by exercising every other day and only eating fruits, vegetables, juices and water but only if you know a professionally trainer who knows how to prevent all the possible injuries that can happen with excessive exercise (remember to stretch every muscle in your body correctly before exercising). Once, you start living a healthier life you will see how fast you seem to be losing the weight. I'm Thin because I eat with moderation and occasionally exercise. Weight loss is easy if you decide to lose those extra pounds through occasional exercise and turning your easy diet into a serious life style change and improvement not just a New Years Resolution. Understanding Obesity and Fat I use to be a bagger at a grocery store and I saw all the horribly fattening food & things that over weight fat people ate and it terrified me. Before becoming a Bagger, I was almost persuaded into believing the popular lie that has spread around that claims that over weight people where just genetically or psychologically doomed to be fat but after my personal experience of bagging at a local grocery store my opinions completely changed. I saw so many fat and obese people buying excessive amount of meats, fattening food, yogurts, ice cream, diet sodas, regular & diet sodas, chocolates, candy and tons of food. That's when I realized that fat people are either over-eating all the time, food-addicts, greedy with food or just very lazy people BUT there is HOPE! If you want to lose weight, stay thin and reduce obesity you have to end the obese life style. That means you can't make silly excuses or delay when picking what you eat! Just because something is "Low fat or Fat-free" it doesn't mean you can eat 20 pounds of the stuff and expect to get thin. Eat in moderation and only 3 regular meals a day and snack on fruits or vegetables. Take your time while you're eating. Remember to east slowly because if you very fast you won't give your body enough time to digest the food. I do Not "Sugar Coat " my advice And Remember to always beware of prescription drugs, why risk it ... if you can safely learn to control your own life through choice. Reason people become obese (Don't use them as excuses please). 1. A cry for help. All of this is fine and Dandy But you have to move on and eventually take Control of your body, take control of your eating habits and take control of Your Life style (start living a healthy life by eating with moderation and exercising at least once in a while). A healthy and easy diet to lose weight 1. Instead of buying all that meat, ice cream, candies, chocolates, yogurts and sodas when you go to the market you will have to change that evil diet and stop being lazy no matter how tempting it is. Giving up on your diet is Okay (Seriously). Don't obsess on staying on a diet. If you give up just give up for a day or 2 but then go back on your diet. It's to mentally stressful to force yourself all the time. Slowly improve on your diet until you feel it's okay to push yourself into a healthy new life style. You should eventually commit to a diet if you are serious to keeping weight off. You can eat 3 times a day but you must eat simple food like different kinds of rice, beans, fruits, vegetables and Juices (make sure that there is at least %5 percent real juice on their labels) Do NOT drink sodas Nor diet sodas (they're crap too). Try to eat all natural or organic juices whenever you can (even though they're a little more expensive). You can eat a little meat - maybe a total of 3 chicken pieces in 6 days No more! Maybe a few bites of beef but only twice a week. This will allow you to loose at least 5 pounds a week. If you want to snack ... please snack on 1 or 2 fruits or vegetables! Not nutrition bars, Not diet chocolates and do not eat tons of anything. Those bars and sweet snacks should only be eaten once or twice a week because they are very fattening since they have bread and other fats. You can also snack on 1 single slice of wheat bread 2 or 3 times a week but don't put any tons sugary stuff on it unless it's your 1 day or eating the snacks you want. One day a week you can eat anything! Fitness and healthy but simple exercise Before you exercise remember to stretch all your muscles. Including your arms, legs, back and all other body parts. Stretching is important if you don't want to get hurt. Walking a few minutes a day or jogging for a minute or 2 also stretches your muscles a little but I recommend that you buy a book with the right stretching techniques. All you need to do is walk or run a few days a week to stay thin. If you're so lazy that you're not willing to do any running, park your car 10 blocks away from where ever you're going so you have to walk a little every day. I consider being too fat an act of terrorism since it's very bad for society as a whole. It's a bad example for children, it's depressing for you and others, it forces farms to produce unnecessary amounts of food (more work for farmers and less food for the truly needy and it slows down society. More simple exercise Is that too much? NO! When doing sit ups You don't need to get all the way up or touch your knees. Just make sure you feel a little burn on your stomach. Do this in the mourning and at night every other day ... then you will start losing weigh and feeling better about yourself. Just keep eating healthy food with moderation and you'll be fine. I strongly recommend organic food and all natural food to everyone even though it's a bit more expensive then regular food. 3. Giving up on diets or exercise is okay. You can give up on your diet for a few days a month but don't do it forever because you're just going to get bigger, smellier and become a burden on society and those around you! Being fat is extremely rude and inconsiderate towards society and people around you. It slows every one down ... Not just you. People have to wait for you to get out of the way. They have to walk a little slower near you or around you. It's just not right. Being Fat is Not okay. Don't let anyone fool you into thinking that. Sure you need support and care but also honesty. Sure, in many cases it's not completely your fault but you should do your best to get healthy again, right? Or do you just want to sitting around getting fatter until you end up like an unhealthy vegetable. 4. It's your choice stop being a burden on society and You should work on getting healthy. When you get sick, ill or hurt because you are too fat and slow you will force others to pay for your medicine, treatments, illnesses, infections or disease that come when people become too fat. Please, stop burdening everyone with your completely rude behavior. People all around the world are starving because fat people are eating all the food (I'm being sarcastic but it's sort of true). What if everyone decided to give up on being healthy and thin or medium sized? Instead of reaching out for excessive amounts of food ... reach out for some self control and a new life style based on good fitness and eating with moderation! This is an easy diet. If you have to snack ... please snack on fruits or vegetables and add a little sugar to then if you crave sweets. A little sugar or honey isn't as bad as those other "snacks". Sugar won't kill you but excessive amounts of food will make you sick (if you're not sick yet ... you've seen the news (eventually something goes wrong with your body).
