Hello, I'm looking for a place to Live in
California and I can do a lot for You in exchange for Low rent or Free
Rent.
Who am I? I am a Single, thin, Tall and Sane Man in my Twenties. I will need my own
room but I do prefer living with a Single Female because I'm a single man with
No kids and I'm a Non-smoker.
I would like to have a small room OR
or any small area in your Home or Apartment even if it's just a small garage, basement or even a
dungeon (as long as it's safe).
MORE ABOUT ME: I'm a very considerate, Quiet & clean person in my
Twenties. I'm healthy, helpful, a non-smoker, quiet,
No drugs (no pot either), I
don't have any kids but if you do that's ok, I don't drink, No Criminal record, I'm single
& won't invite anyone over, I don't have any pets but if you have pets that's ok, I'm thin with good hygiene and a truly good
person. I'm also a computer expert.
I was born & Raised in California
but I also
speak Spanish.

other Jobs: I'm a special effects photographer, graphic designer,
personal advisor, consultant, Website Designer, Marketing guy, sometimes construction worker

RENT: Looking for someone who will let me move
in in exchange for work or for $100 to $150 for the first months rent, I should be able to
pay more later but I can help you with computer or design a great website for You and that's worth
hundreds of dollars! But I'm careful about scams and schemes so I won't pay a deposit or any other
fee.
I need to pay as little rent as possible so I don't end up a Homeless Genius in
