There are many different health problems that stress can cause but they can all be prevented by healing the issue. Stress makes some people go or feel crazy. Make sure to take everything you can, into consideration when making decisions. This will make your decisions, good ones. 2. Knows that even the slightest mistakes can cause severe consequences when carelessness comes into place. 3. Know what you are willing to have in your life and what you wont accept in your life (or causes you stress) and stay away from that. 4. Get rid of your problems or fix them (including people). Ignoring problems is as helpful as ignoring a Mad dog that is chewing on your leg! Anyway, find a way to resolve problems or challenges as soon as possible. 5.
