Frustration, feeling frustrated and ending frustrations

Frustration is rooted in doing something that you don’t really want to do or didn’t want to do in your past. It also occurs when you are involved with something or someone you don’t really want in your life. Feeling frustrated can also come from hidden or blocked memories that we may not be consciously aware of.

A blocked or hidden memory can reek havoc in your life because it's a problem that you are not aware so it can't be solved by your conscious mind. Searching for problems when  you feel frustrated is essential to end your confusion.

Mysterious frustration

Feeling frustrated can also start when you are reminded  of a unsolved problem (consciously or unconsciously). Example: Someone gives you a little toy doll and you get a really bad feeling. Perhaps that doll reminds you of toys that were stolen from you as a child.

When people solve their problems or challenges ... a new state of comfort is found. Releasing people and things that cause stress or frustration is essential when it comes to finding happiness and ending frustration. Most frustrations usually stems from mistakes, errors or losses.

Releasing frustrations

When you feel frustrated or angry it’s a good idea to release those feelings by expressing your self physically or emotionally in a healthy way. A few verbal ways to express your feelings before you explode are: talking about your feelings with someone who is trustworthy.  Scream out loud (but not towards other individuals), talking to yourself, or just telling someone the truth.
A few physical ways to express your feelings can be: punching or kicking pillows, punching bags or other soft objects. Sports and other physical activities can also be great ways to relieve stress, frustration, and other emotions. Its better to express your aggressive feelings in a healthy way then keep them to yourself and have other uncomfortable physical reaction for not expressing them. Make sure to relieve your frustration before you loose control. Sweat is a good way to relieve stress and other emotions.
